Can I use the same account on more than one device?

Yes. Log in with the same email. Progress and premium synchronize when connected.

Changed phone. Will I lose my access?

No. Install the app and log in with the same email. If it doesn't unlock, use "Restore access."

Paid and premium didn't activate. What do I do?

Reopen the app online, check the purchase account, and tap "Restore access." If it persists, send proof.

I bought the Full Pass on the website. How do I use it in the apps?

Log in with the same email used on the website and go to Profile → Restore access.

Can I buy premium for each app separately?

Yes. Each app has its own price. The Full Pass unlocks all of them.

I received a duplicate charge. How to proceed?

Check the store/website order history and send proof via the form.

How to report a bug?

Send description, steps, screenshots/video, device model, OS version, and app version via the form.
